• Brings a solid finance background and can confidently run analysis, prepare business cases, and manage approvals.
• Can build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation, including international and senior stakeholders.
• Is comfortable delivering tough messages while maintaining positive working relationships.
• Has worked in a numerically driven environment such as aviation, consulting, or finance.
• Is confident managing complex projects, including risk and change management.
• Knows their way around Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools to support analysis and reporting.
• Can juggle multiple priorities with clear thinking, autonomy, and a proactive mindset
